Potatoes are your friend. They keep you feeling full and fuel your body! I know how hard it can be to switch your mindset from eating eggs, chicken, and lean meats every day to eating potatoes.

It takes a mindset change. You have to realize you are worth it. Your physical health is just part of it. Your mental and emotional well-being is so important.
Without having strong mental capacities you can get so tired quickly.
A daily walk, fresh air, deep breathing, stretching – even if only for 5 minutes – does change your outlook and give you strength to face your day.
