Ingredients
- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Apple Chopped
- 2 Cups Water
- Cinnamon to taste – start with 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Drizzle with sweetener of choice – Honey, Maple Syrup, Date Syrup
Instructions
- Chop your apple into small bite size pieces
- Add Apples and 2 cups of water into saucepan
- Add Cinnamon
- Bring to Boil
- Add Oats
- Cook for at least 2 minutes – make sure to stir so that it doesn’t stick on the bottom
- Cook a little longer if you prefer thicker oats
- After reaching the consistency you like – remove from heat
- Stir in Vanilla
- Transfer to bowl
- Drizzle with sweetener
- Enjoy!
